(Natural News) According to a study, lentils can help significantly reduce “dangerous blood pressure levels.”

Additionally, new data also showed that lentils could reverse deteriorating blood vessel health.

The researchers explained that the study, which was conducted on rats, proved that consuming the health-boosting food regularly can effectively prevent the increase in blood pressure which occurs as we grow older.

Based on the findings, eating lentils can also reverse the changes that occur in blood vessels due to high blood pressure.

Dr. Peter Zahradka from the University of Manitoba, the lead investigator for the Canadian study, explained that this is good news because lentils are a “non-pharmacological way of treating diseases associated with blood vessel dysfunction.”

The findings are a continuation of two earlier studies. The first was a clinical trial that showed how eating legumes – particularly a combination of beans, chickpeas, lentils, and peas – could boost blood flow to the legs of patients diagnosed with peripheral artery disease. This condition is connected to coronary heart disease and cerebrovascular disease.

Dr. Zahradka added that the most notable finding of the recent study illustrated how lentils could change the physical properties of blood vessels to make them resemble the vessels found in healthy animals. However, human studies are required to confirm these findings.

Foods that can help fight high blood pressure

   Many who are called by My Name do not really know Me. Their belief in Me is very small and will not sustain them in what is coming. They worship an image in their mind of who (they think) I should be, and it is not who I am.

   I am the mighty Jehovah who led My people Israel through the desert sands and saved them from Pharaoh’s army. I am the mighty Jehovah who defeated their enemies as they took the land I promised to them and their fathers. I am the great God who created all you see, and who will in the end also destroy it for the sin that has come upon your world.

   I am a loving God – I am Jesus who bled and died for the sins of the world so long ago, but I am also a righteous judge as My Word declares. I am also He who sits on the throne whose foundations are justice as well as mercy (by offering us righteousness) and these who do not really know Me do not believe in My Justice.

   I have given much time and space for the nations to repent of their sins, of not spending time with Me or giving Me the worship due My Holy Name, but that time is quickly running out. Darkness is approaching and the time of the end is upon all peoples.

   Know Me now. Know Me as the God of all Mercy, yes, but also know Me as the Righteous Judge of all the Earth for soon it is My Judgment you will see all around you.

I have noticed a definite shift in what the Lord is showing me in my dreams. For many years, my focus has been the preparation of the Bride, but since the beginning of the year 5778, I have received a considerable number of warning dreams. Some show great disaster unfolding by the hand of man, such as the nuclear explosion over an American city. Others have depicted natural disasters to come. With these dreams comes a sense of responsibility to release a warning, so that other saints may pray and get further revelation, in order to be fully prepared and know what the Lord would have them do. I do not find it comfortable receiving or sharing these words but who are we to decide what God must reveal to us. We are entering days unlike any other and my heart breaks at the thought that much of the Church is woefully unprepared both spiritually and naturally for what is at the door. With this said, I had a strange dream on 12th April in the morning watch. I do not yet have full understanding of all the elements of the dream, but this morning I had such a sense of urgency to release what I have and trust the Lord to speak by His Spirit to others who are able to add understanding. Please feel free to write to me if the Lord shows you anything further about the elements of the scene I saw unfolding. In the dream, I walked outside, followed by someone else, and it wasnight. There were no stars but a huge full moon had just risen over the horizon on the right (east). In front of it, I saw a large number of tiny red pin lights, almost like fireflies, clumped together, but they were not on my level, but high up, close to the moon. Then in the blink of an eye, they changed formation to form the outlines of a house, and while I was staring at this, they again swiftly changed into another formation before disappearing from view. Then I said to myself, "Is that really the moon?" and I saw thousands of black flapping wings moving away from the moon towards the left of the dark sky (westwards). I thought initially they were bats, but then I looked up straight above my head at the expanse of dark sky, and I saw dark angels with huge wings flying head to toe across the whole expanse of the sky. There was not one inch of the sky that was visible. It almost looked like a bumpy dark storm cloud situated low overhead. I knew these were the same beings that had looked like red lights before and I was witnessing a huge release of dark angels. Then someone behind me said, "It's Jupiter's birthday/ birth day" and I woke up. In the dream, it seemed like what I witnessed was a release of troops from the kingdom of darkness, which may be connected to the unfolding war in the Middle East and prophetic end-time events occurring at this time. The number of demonic angels was beyond counting and very disturbing to behold, as I knew they were on specific assignment under satan’s orders. When I woke, the scripture in Zech 5:9-11 came to mind about the angels with big wings that carry the vessel containing the woman called wickedness to Shinar (Babylonia) to build it a house. Shinar is the place where Nimrod built his first cities. Zec 5:5  Then the angel who was speaking with me went out, and said to me, Now lift up your eyes and see what this is that goes forth. Zec 5:6  And I said, What is it? And he said, This is the ephah that goes forth. And he said, This is their form in all the earth. Zec 5:7  And, behold, a lead cover was lifted up, and a woman was sitting in the middle of the ephah. Zec 5:8  And he said, This is wickedness. And he threw her into the midst of the ephah; and he threw the lead stone over its opening. Zec 5:9  And I lifted up my eyes and looked. And, behold, two women came out. And the wind was in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of the stork. And they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heavens. Zec 5:10  And I said to the angel who was speaking with me, Where are they going with the ephah? Zec 5:11  And he said to me, To build a house for it in the land of Shinar; and it shall be made ready and placed there on its own place.  Nimrod was a mighty hunter against the Lord and was responsible for the building of the tower of Babel and the above scripture speaking of building a house for this woman called ‘wickedness’ in Shinar brings to mind those red lights making the formation of a house in front of the full moon. There are many who say that America isthe modern-day Babylon and so the building of this ‘house’ may speak of the setting up of a seat for the antichrist to rule from, along with great wickedness being released in the earth. Google tells me Jupiter was the Roman sky god whose symbol is a lightning bolt; his equivalent being Zeus among the Greeks. One of his most ancient epithets isLucetius (“Light-Bringer”), obviously connecting to Lucifer.  The scripture about satan falling like lightening from heaven came to mind  when I read about the lightning bolt symbol and I suspect the mention of Jupiter’s birthday may refer to the unveiling or bringing into open view of the antichrist, accompanied by a huge release of dark angels. The stork is a bird associated with birthing in folklore and the ones carrying the ephah to Shinah had wings like a stork. Notice also in the following scripture that the dragon and his angels fought in the heavens before being cast down to earth. Rev 12:7  Then war broke out in heaven; Michael and his angels went forth to battle with the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought. Rev 12:8  But they were defeated, and there was no room found for them in heaven any longer. Rev 12:9  And the huge dragon was cast down and out--that age-old serpent, who is called the Devil and Satan, he who is the seducer (deceiver) of all humanity the world over; he was forced out and down to the earth, and his angels were flung out along with him. Satan was forced down to earth and his angels along with him. No doubt this is the time when he fully inhabits the man waiting in the shadows for hisendtime role as antichrist, and terrible persecution breaks out against believers (Rev 12:17). Thankfully the woman who has brought forth the manchild is carried by the wings of a giant eagle to a place of protection during the 3&1/2 year rampage of the dragon. The mention of Jupiter’s birthday has puzzled me since I had the dream because I wasn’t quite clear what the Lord was showing me. On September 23rd last year, the Revelation 12 sign appeared in the sky and Jupiter, which had been in the womb of the constellation Virgo for the length of a pregnancy, emerged from that place in the depiction of a birthing. This was interpreted by many in church circles as the depiction of the manchild coming forth in Revelation 12 and the accompanying release of kingly anointing as Jupiter is known as the king planet. Apparently the same constellation was in the sky in 2BC when the wise men began their journey to see Jesus. Satan is the master counterfeiter and so it makes sense to me that he would also desire to use the appearance of a similar constellation to announce his imminent coming forth. In that scenario, the Rev 12 sign on Sept 23rd was announcing the coming of the antichrist in the year to follow. But why was the Lord showing me in my dream of the 12th April that it was Jupiter’s birthday when these dark angels were released? It didn’t make sense to me to depict something that happened 7 months ago. So I decided to investigate the timing of what I had witnessed.

From what I could find out on Stellarium, Jupiter is close to the rising full moon on April 29/30 2018, and they are in the constellation Libra, the scales, which speaks of judgment and justice. In the dream, I was personally viewing the moon and as I am in Cape Town, South Africa, I assume what I saw was from that vantage point.  As I came out of the building I saw the moon to my right rising in the east. At this time, Jupiter would appear very close, if not almost at one with the moon from where I stood. Could the red lights I saw be connected with the planet Jupiter in the same region of the night sky as the moon? I decided to investigate the dates around the coming full moon which was in my dream and was disturbed by what I found. April 19 to May 1 is the Blood Sacrifice to the Beast for those who worship satan. Fire sacrifice is required on April 19. Then April 30 to May 1 is Beltaine Festival, also called Walpurgis Night, two of the most important occult periods in the calendar year. (No wonder I saw the release of countless thousands of dark angels on this night) This is the time of year when they believe Ba’al or Bel was killed and sent into the underworld, to be resurrected by hislover sister, Anat. Remember Baal is also known as Jupiter or Zeus! May 1 is the Illuminati's second most sacred holiday, during which human sacrifice is required. It was on the night of April 30th through to May 1st 1776 that the Illuminati was founded. So the scenario depicted in my dream occurs on a sacred day for the occult world. Many have speculated that the recent air strikes in Syria mark the beginning of WWIII. The ultimate goal of this war is to usher in the New World Order with the antichrist as the ruler of the world. According to former Illuminati satanist, Doc Marquis, once World War III begins the antichrist will arise on the world scene in 13 weeks (91 days). THere are 13 weeks from Friday 13th April to Friday 13th July, and this is the fist day of the month of Av, the month when both temples were destroyed and Jerusalem was ravaged by the enemy. On the 19th April 2016, the Institute for Digital Archaeology (IDA), with Mayor of London Boris Johnson, unveiled their replica of the Triumphal Arch at Palmyra in Trafalgar Square. The 19th April is first day of Feast to the Beast celebrated by all who worship satan. This arch is actually the gateway to the temple of Baal/Jupiter and so the erection of the replica in various chosen cities worldwide has been a definite strategic mapping and preparation for people of the world to enter in and worship the antichrist, who is soon to appear, bringing ‘peace’ after the orchestrated chaos of those working to bring in the new world order. How interesting that the original arch and temple complex is in Syria, the very nation embroiled in the first stages of what I believe to be WWIII. Of course, there are no coincidences with Illuminati planning. There is far more going on that what meets the eye. Saints, although I still don't feel I have full understanding concerning the reference to Jupiter's birthday in the dream, the last two weeks of this month of April are still definitely a time to be on heightened alertness, praying much and seeking the Lord’s face. There is coming a huge unleashing of dark angels along with much wickedness in the season we are entering. The Lord wants to blow the doors off of what we think we know about prayer!

I recently heard a story of a Christian man who'd died and, as he ascended to heaven, he was surrounded by a violent propulsion of lights all around him. He knew at once these lights were the prayers of those on earth who had interceded. Their prayers were shot up to heaven in powerful anticipation of their importance to the heavenly Father. It seemed more to him that they were fireworks of war than the prayers of the saints.

Our Father is constantly, even ardently, waiting to hear our prayers and react to our call. Indeed, our simple requests are missiles in the war of the heavenlies and we are His secret weapon. We are not sending up wishes or hopes, we're sending up petitions to our loving Father, who's anxiously waiting to hear our requests as if hearing the council of generals of war. Your prayer instantly activates movements and strategies in the heavenlies which directly effects the realms of earth.

In our world, we fight under an oppressive cloud of unbelief. Even many Christians are cynical of miracles and hesitate to credit prayer for the answer. This is what the enemy wants; it is his primary weapon against the prayers of the saints. If you've experienced disappointment in prayer in the past, understand that is also apart of the battle against intercession. We've entered a new season: the season of the CROSS. It's time to try again... and even when it looks impossible, believe God for the impossible to become possible.

Father God says: YOUR PRAYERS ARE EXTREMELY POWERFUL! You are the light of the world and My secret weapon. You can move mountains by warring in the heavenlies for the victory of angels as they fight for you!

Recently, the Lord downloaded to me what He called "three prayer-wars" that were examples of the wars we are to be waging in the heavenlies to effect the world we live in.

Prayer War in Acts
Acts 12 is the first example of what the Father refers to as a "prayer-war." King Herod Agrippa captured and killed the Apostle James. It so pleased the Jews, he captured the Apostle Peter as well and held him in prison, locked in chains between two guards with soldiers stationed at the door. A Band of Christians heard Peter was in prison and came together to pray in earnest for his deliverance. They knew what Herod had planned. And as they prayed, the Lord released an angel into his prison cell to awaken a sleeping Peter, release him from his shackles and lead him to freedom without the guards even realizing what transpired. He led him to the very home where the Lord's followers were in prayer on his behalf.

Not only did this tiny, seemingly insignificant group of intercessors see Peter delivered through their prayers, but shortly after, King Herod Agrippa was killed by an angel of the Lord and consumed by worms. So, through their prayer-war, they saw a major victory. For, it was the murderer who died not the Apostle Peter!

Do you see the power of a small group of prayer warriors? They waged war and had tremendous victory!

Seven Days That Changed The World - The Prayer-Wars of WW2
In April of 1940, the allied forces of France, Britain, and other Allied forces were unprepared for the battles they fought in the beginning of the war and were outmaneuvered by the Axis powers. Forced to retreat, the German army pushed these young boys back until their backs were against the English Channel. With no foreseeable place for them to go, Churchill prepared to announce that a third of a million soldiers had been captured by the German forces.

On May 26th England's King George the Sixth called for the first day of national prayer and Britain devoted itself to prayer in an unprecedented way. Photos show long lines waiting to get into packed houses of worship to prayer all over the country.

As a result, an urgent call went out for boats of all shapes and sizes to cross the English channel to rescue the besieged army. Over 800 vessels were the answer to the call. And, astonishingly, Hitler, for no conceivable reason, ordered the German army to halt, and for three days the Germans stood idle. Had they continued their pursuit against the Allies, it would have most assuredly been a tremendous victory for them. Futhermore, a violent storm rose over the region, grounding the German fighter planes that had been killing thousands on the beaches. And just like that a "great calm descended on the Channel, the like of which hadn't been seen for a generation" allowing the famous miracle evacuation to take place.

The Allies thought they would be fortunate to rescue 25,000 British soldiers, but by the time the Nazis were ordered to renew their attack, 338,000 soldiers were rescued off the beaches of Dunkirk. Churchill called it a miracle and truly it was. But we also know it was the victorious result of a war in the heavenlies fought by the saints on their knees calling out to the heavenly Father.

The second day of prayer was called on August 11, 1940 as German Field Marshal Goering commenced the first stage of his Battle of Britain with German fighter planes being released to attack the British Isle. Yet, only a small group of British fighter pilots shot down around 180 well-trained Nazi Bombers at a rate that could not be explained by Radar Air Command, prompting Churchill's famous quote, "Never have so many owed so much to so few"

On September 8, 1940, the third day of prayer from the nation led to angels-sightings in the sky over Britain. Even though the Germans sent 5 fighter planes with every single bomber during the next weeks of raids, they still lost 185 planes to the British who incurred relatively small losses. German General Goering prepared invasion barges, but a great storm rose up and blew them away. The Nazi invasion of Britain was postponed, giving the Allies more time to arm themselves.

On March 23, 1941, no one knew Hitler had planned to attempt another invasion of Britain, yet faithful King George called again for a 4th national day of prayer. Soon after, a great earthquake created waves with terrifying gales which blew the Germans' ships 80 miles off course. Yugoslavia, which had surrendered to Hitler, changed its mind that same week and began organizing a resistance against him. Ethiopia was liberated from the Axis leader Mussolini. The Italian Navy lost many cruisers and destroyers as they fought the British Navy in the Mediterranean who in turn suffered no damage and lost no men. As a result of the submarine earthquake, Hitler suddenly changed his mind entirely and gave up his plans to invade Britain and decided to attack Russian instead against the council of all of his advisers!

On the anniversary of the war, the King called for the 5th day of prayer on September 3, 1942. The next day at Palermo, the entire Italian fleet was sunk in the Mediterranean. And the next month the 8th army saved Egypt (and subsequently the land of Israel) from being invaded by Hitler. 

The 6th day was called on September 3, 1943 for the fourth anniversary of the war. That same night Italy surrendered to the allies.

In the Spring of 1944, as the time for the d-day invasion approached, King George called for the 7th time for the nation to pray. And General Dwight Eisenhower said, "If there was nothing else in my life to prove the existence of an Almighty and Merciful God, the events of the next twenty-four hours did it."

Our Prayer War
In the fall of 2012, the Lord showed me the intentions of a group of world leaders who would attempt to gain control of America and use it to terrorize the world. They knew that, without control of America, they would never succeed in their one world government.

I was heart sick as the Lord showed me their plans. But tenderly He told me He could not yet promise they would be unable to accomplish their plans. Indeed, He said their victory would depend on the reaction of the Light of the World - the church. Yet, He promised that if we would fight for our world, He would save it. This war is not a war about politics. We are not at war with each other. We are at war with the same principalities that have attempted to conquer us from the very beginning.

I cried out to Him, "Lord, what can we do?"

He said, "If My church will not fight them, who will?"

Suddenly, I realized how the enemy had tried desperately to keep us fighting one another, so we wouldn't come after him, and how he'd tried to keep our prayer focused on the symptoms of sin rather than the cure to sin - Jesus Christ. All in an attempt to keep us from fulfilling 2 Chronicles 7:14, "Then if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and RESTORE THEIR LAND."

Since that time, I've seen many, many prayer movements rise up all over the world for America and truly, we need it! One prayer call was Azuza Now 2016, which brought 120,000 prayer warriors together to pray for the promise of Azuza, as prophesied separately by William J. Seymour and Maria Woodworth-Etter in 1913, that the Holy Spirit would be poured out again 100 years after the Azuza Street Revival, and it would an even more powerful outpouring than before.

Indeed, if we think for one minute that our victory in prayer was for the outcome of an election, we are misdirected. Our prayer war cannot be for anything less than the awakening from the Lord that was promised: For the Church to become the vessel of the Lord and carry mercy and love to the lost.

Our war has not been won, for truly, it has just begun. We need Jesus! He is our ONLY HOPE! We're not fighting a political war, but a spiritual war for the souls of mankind and for the hope of the world. We must continue to fight with 2 Chronicles 7:14 and contend for the promise of the Holy Spirit as they did at Pentecost!

The Father says to His children, "Let this be said of your generation HERE and NOW: 'Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, and he delivered them from their distress. He made the storm be still, and the waves of the sea were hushed. Then they were glad that the waters were quiet, and he brought them to their desired haven,' (Psalm 107:28-30)"

"Your response to the Chaos around you should be: 'do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.' (Philippians 4:6-7)."

"For surely, If you ask anything in My Son's name, I cannot turn away from you. Seek Me, turn away from sin and carnality and EMBRACE ME! Lock yourself away with Me and surrender your heart to me and I will give you peace even in the midst of chaos. I will be glorified as you pray in My Son's name and trust Me to hear you.

"You are entering a NEW SEASON, truly, the greatest season mankind will ever experience. I want to reveal My wonders to you, I want to show Myself glorious through you! Give me your trust, open your heart and surrender to Me. Together, we will transform the world!

Pray this with me: Father God, I want all that you have for me. Help me to be everything you need me to me. I surrender my heart and mind to you and ask you to wash me in your FAITH. Give me the strength of your JOY and the liberty of HOPE! Forgive my unbelief and saturate me in you so I can trust you! In Jesus' name, amen.

    Arise.  One word can cause the enemy to be scattered, and I say arise, and I said arise!  Can you hear me?  As you arise, I will arise too.  This is something you must believe, it must go beyond words alone.  Here Me, too many times you are crying out the same thing over and over again but you must step over with those words, "I will arise".  You are warriors, and warriors do not give in to defeat, warriors are not quitters, warriors fight when the times get hard, warriors keep moving regardless of what they see, warriors are determined to win.  I say to you as I arise in your life that I will carry over you a battle sign of victory and I will decree over you the victor in this battle, as long as if you do not quit! If you continue on says the Lord, you will win, the enemy fears your faith and the words of your heart mixed together.  For the battle is not for the weak and the timid, but the battle is given to My bold ones says the Lord, for I have anointed you with My fresh anointing to be able to stand in the midst of whatever is going on to bring peace in the midst of chaos.  

     As you sing victory you will come closer still.  Remember the woman with the issue of blood, for 12 years she she did everything known to get her help.  She never gave up, and one day her words and her faith brought her deliverance.  If you remain, stay in hope, hold on and grasp victory, no matter what it looks like, it may seem a long ways off but your faith will will bring your deliverance, aid and help.  Remember the prophet standing on the mountain and the hand of God that was bringing rain seemed such a long way off but it got closer still, as he decreed and declared his faith, something happened in the supernatural to bring a suddenly.  If you decree, declare, and prophesy over your life there will come a suddenly.  Do not give up, do not quit, do not lose hope, stay focused on the victory, for the victory is inevitable to those who believe.  Victory is coming to you.  It may seems so small that you can barely see it, but it is getting stronger as your words stay filled with faith.  It is something that belongs to you because you have stood and withstood to the enemy and you have stood on My word.  So victory is your says the Lord and it does not matter what it looks like, what it feels like.  All that I hear is your cry of faith of victory.  I will respond says the Lord, I can not help but respond when I hear the sound of faith coming through the atmosphere, I am responding even now.  I Am sending forth My ministering angels to go throughout the land to bring it to pass for you because I see faith and I respond to faith says the Lord.  No matter how small it is, I respond says the Lord.  As I hear your faith cry it comes closer and closer to My heart says the Lord and it excites Me to have My people declaring.  They see My word, they see My face and they understand that it belongs to them.  Begin to sing over your life, a consistent sustained song, sing every day of the week that victory is yours.  Victors say I am not looking at what I see, I am only looking at the word of God which is consistent and faithful, it is trustworthy, it is dependable and I can trust and be built upon that rock that never moves, that foundation that never decreases, I can depend on Him.

     “Arise [from spiritual depression to a new life], shine [be radiant with the glory and brilliance of the Lord]; for your light has come, And the glory and brilliance of the Lord has risen upon you." (Is. 60:1)

     "For everyone born of God is victorious and overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has conquered and overcome the world—our [continuing, persistent] faith [in Jesus the Son of God]" (1 John 5:4)

     "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." (Rom. 10:17)
