"Reflections Upon Reflections" [of
The Father's Heart]
...."You, in Your great compassion,
did not forsake them in the wilderness; The pillar of cloud did not leave them
by day, to guide them on their way, nor the pillar of fire by night, to light
for them the way in which they were to go".... Nehemiah 9:19

CONTROL AND SELF-EXALTATION IN ANY FORM IS
AN UGLY THING - AND A MINISTRY DEVOID OF THE CROSS IS NO MINISTRY AT ALL IN THE
SIGHT OF THE LORD!
Words of Prophecy
* I did not call My people to "allow" themselves to be
"controlled" by people. I called My people to "allow" themselves to be
"controlled by My Spirit - Who is the Spirit of Love and the Spirit of
Christ.
...."For the love of Christ controls us".... 2
Corinthians 5:14a NASB
* If one does not "resist" [James 4:7-8a; 2 Corinthians 10:5] in a steadfast
faith and obedience to My Will in the [imperfect] environment they are presently in
[until such a time when I supernaturally remove
them from it] then they will be eventually begin to both take on - and be
controlled by - the negative characteristics of that environment, and all those
in it. JESUS: ...."Truly I say to
you, I am coming to My Church to deal with this "control issue" found in the
midst of many of My people! For NO human being [particularly My people] has the right to control
[dominate through pride, fear and
self-exaltation] another human being. For ALL control seeks only to serve
self-agenda, and NEVER the Will of the Father. Always remember: there is NO love
in fleshly control and, also, that I am coming TO My Church before I come FOR My
Church..
...."For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but
of power, and of love, and of a sound mind".... 2 Timothy 1:7
NASB
...."Love is patient, love is kind and is not jealous; love
does not brag and is not arrogant, does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek
its own".... 1 Corinthians 13:4-5a NASB
...."Abide in Me, and I
in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine,
so neither can you unless you abide in Me. I am the vine, you are the branches;
he who abides [dwells] in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from
Me you can do nothing. If anyone does not abide in Me, he is thrown away as a
branch and dries up; and they gather them, and cast them into the fire and they
are burned".... John 15:4-6 NASB
...."According to the grace of
God which was given to me, like a wise master builder I laid a foundation, and
another is building on it. But each man must be careful how he builds on it. For
no man can lay a foundation other than the one which is laid, which is Jesus
Christ. Now if any man builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious
stones, wood, hay, straw, each man's work will become evident; for the day will
show it because it is to be revealed with fire, and the fire itself will test
the quality of each man's work. If any man's work which he has built on it
remains, he will receive a reward. If any man's work is burned up, he will
suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire".... 1
Corinthians 3:10-15 NASB
...."But may it never be that I would
boast, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has
been crucified to me, and I to the world".... Galatians 6:14
NASB "kowtow" - to show
servile deference [in this case, through
fear]; to touch the forehead to the ground while kneeling, as an act
of worship, reverence or apology [in this case,
through a "spirit of idolatry"];
Control and
self-exaltation in ANY form is an ugly thing - and a ministry devoid of the
Cross is no ministry AT ALL in the sight of the Lord! For what could He possibly
have to do with such a thing. I can think of nothing further from His holy
Nature than "control" and the self-exaltive practices that issue forth from it.
Let every child of God ALWAYS remember that they need NEVER bow their knee
[kowtow] to anything or anyone that is
apart from Christ - in word or spirit. Many throughout the church at large set
themselves up as "lord" over the flock but there is only one "Lord of the flock"
and that is Jesus.
In this hour, as the remnant Church begins to
move into the age of "divine government" [which
is a Kingdom-thing - and not a worldly thing in any way]everything
[and everyone] that does not conform to
the Lordship of Jesus Christ will be both exposed and taken down - causing many
to repent and begin anew in their true Kingdom-position while causing those who
hold to a wilful pride [and the self exaltive
practices that are its spontaneous by-product] - to run deeper into
darkness, far from the true plan of God for their life and
ministry. |
