Hidden under the Shadow of His Wing by Deborah Waldron Fry

I saw many traps, like bear traps.  They were black and sinister looking and would have inflicted much pain upon the captive.  These traps were set up all around the Believer.
They had names written upon them.  Depression, Lack, Fear, Worry, Hopelessness, Unrest, Terror, Suicide, Sickness, Disease, Cancer, and Death.
I saw a Man step into the gap between the Believer and the traps.  He stood there, Strong and Mighty, in complete Authority.  He held up His Strong Robed Arm.  The Believer was hidden under the Shadow of His Wing.
He was a Child of God and like a Daddy, the Lord was protecting him and keeping him from all harm.  Like a Good Shepherd, He stands between His flock and the traps of the enemy.  So do not fear, Beloved, do not be anxious about anything.  SURELY, He shall deliver you from the snares of the evil one.  Whom the Son sets free is free indeed.  He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall trust.
“Shouts of joy and victory resound in the tents of the righteous: The LORD’s Right Hand has done mighty things!  The LORD’s Right Hand is LIFTED HIGH; the LORD’s Right Hand has done mighty things!”  Psalm 118:15 -16.
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.  I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my Righteous Right Hand,”   Isaiah 41:10.
“O Give thanks to the Lord of Lords, With a STRONG HAND, and with a STRETCHED OUT ARM, He has redeemed you from your enemies,”  Psalm 136:3,12,24.
“SURELY HE SHALL DELIVER YOU from the SNARE of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.  He shall COVER YOU with His feathers, and under His wings shall you trust,” Psalm 91:3.
“Behold, the Lord GOD will come with might, With His arm ruling for Him.  Behold, His reward is with Him and His recompense before Him.  Like a Shepherd He will tend His flock, In His arm He will gather the lambs and carry them in His bosom; He will gently lead those with young,”   Isaiah 40:10-11.
“For if by one man’s offense death reigned by one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness shall REIGN IN LIFE by the One Man, Jesus Christ,”  Romans 5:17.
