Navigation System is Activated – New Roads, New Assignments by Cindy McGill

Things have changed in our world as we know it. Unpredictable and uncertain days can cause anxiety and fear. These are natural responses as we thoughtfully anticipate our future. There are things we can do to keep our peace in these times. We MUST know who God is, how He instructs, and develop listening skills to hear and obey what He tells us to do. He is guiding this ship.
There are old methods and ideologies that don't even work. God is drawing everyone close to Himself right now for assurance, instruction, and alignment with His ways and character. These days could be called "listening days." The Word clearly instructs us to hear what the Spirit is saying to the Church, if we have ears to hear.
Rip Down the Rear View Mirror
When we are driving and using GPS, we can often make wrong turns. At that moment, the voice comes on the device with the words, "Recalculating," and direction is available to get us back on track. Wrong turns are being met with the recalculating app. God knows how to get us back on the right path to reach our destined purpose. (Photo via Pixabay)
Past things are going away. Nothing can change the past. It's done and over with, but the future is filled with promise. God always repairs broken bridges and heals wounded places. It's His DNA. His whole focus is on us, the ones He desperately loves and cares for.
Truth radiates from Him, and truth is the prison door key to freedom. People who were lied to and deceived by satan's trap, who distanced themselves from God, are getting ready to literally run back into God's arms and find their true purpose. We cannot afford to allow the past to dictate our future.
The trust bridge is being restored so there is a clear, firm path to cross back home and into their destiny.
What are You Lookin' At?
If Jesus is the Author of our faith, then He and He alone is our sure Rock of stability. It's essential that we keep our minds and hearts fixed and focused on Him; then we will have perfect peace. Angels have been given to help aid and assist us in every step we take. When our focus is shifted to items we read in the news or popular talk, we are in danger of allowing our hearts to become clouded, and confusion can easily set in. God is not the author of fear or confusion. He has a plan and purpose for each one of us and is fully intending on completing what He has started in each of us. (Photo by Jennifer Page "The Way, The Truth, The Life" via elijahshopper.com)
Jesus doesn't just HAVE the truth, He IS the truth. Our future is not dictated by news articles, world events, and shaky governmental decisions. Step-by-step directions are freely given to us as we navigate the days ahead. Jesus is our strong tower and we have open-door access to run into His protection and remain safe.
Ascend to the Mountain
Go up higher. Ascend...climb, go higher...and make your way up to where the help is. Desperate people do desperate things when their life depends on it. Living in the valley of despair with sick hearts is not where your future is. Lies and negativity don't reside in the Lord's mountain. It's where joy is present, which renews our strength.
The mountain affords a different outlook from a higher perspective. We get the bird's-eye view and see the bigger picture. This is where assignments are given out, but clear direction comes with them, so we aren't just "winging it," stumbling around to find our way.
Learning How to War a Good Warfare
Ninety-nine percent of the battle we experience is in our head. It's the battlefield where fearful thoughts can capture our hearts and produce anxiety. Anxiety in the heart weighs it down and then we can go into depression and start to feel hopeless. God is the God of ALL HOPE. He only does good things, and His plan for us is to succeed not crumble under pressure.Even the most seemingly impossible situation can be radically shifted overnight when God shows up. Hearts change, people's eyes are open, hope is restored, miracles happen, sicknesses leave, healing comes, faith soars, joy returns, and the list goes on.
Our battle is not with flesh and blood, but with spiritual wickedness in high places. When even two or more are intentional about gathering together to seek God's heart and pray, He answers. God is drawing us close to position ourselves to hear Him. He's talking to us and wants to tell us about HIS plan, not what the world says. His character and methods have not changed. (Photo via ndor)
In Genesis 18, Abraham petitioned God to spare Sodom and Gomorrah, not to destroy it even for 10 righteous, and God agreed. America has more people praying than 10 righteous. We are at the beginning of a SERIOUS move of God sent from Heaven to blanket this earth. Many, many, many, many, many will turn to Jesus in this outpouring of His Spirit. We HAVE to see the big picture and not lose hope.
Positioning ourselves before God will afford us clear access to hear Him and pray what He instructs us to pray. We have been given the opportunity to war a good warfare according to the promises given to us. When we remember the promises God has given us, we also realize that He fully intends to accomplish them. In doing spiritual warfare, it's most important to only declare what God does. State the facts regarding His purpose and call it in. When we give no place to the devil, he has no ground to stand on.
Exercising and using your faith will establish your firm foundation and pathway to walk on moving forward. We are more than conquerors and win a surpassing victory. Our focus is clear, our words are power-packed, and this is where God does the seemingly impossible to advance His plan and His Kingdom on earth.
Don't Agree with a Death Sentence
In 2 Kings 4:8-36, we read about a Shunammite woman who was given a son at the word of Elisha, whom she had taken care of when he passed through Shunem. At age 12, her son became ill and died. This woman determined in her heart not to come into agreement with the "death sentence," but instead spoke into existence the promise that was given to her by the prophet Elisha. Her repeated statement to her husband, Elisha's servant Gehazi, and most likely countless others was, "IT IS WELL."(Photo via Wikipedia)
This Shunammite woman determined to make her way to the one who could make this situation right again. She wouldn't even utter words out of her mouth that didn't line up with the promise God had given. When she made her way to Elisha, she was absolutely confident that he would breathe life into her seemingly dead promise. Elisha came to her house, laid on the child, and life came rushing into him. Agree with life.
Our answer is to do everything possible to get before the One and ONLY ONE who can fix our circumstances. Death is literally swallowed up when life is present.
Hey, Where's the Faith?
Faith is a big, big part of our existence and relationship with God. In fact, whatever is not of faith is sin. There is a training in place right now to call things that aren't as though they are. This is the kind of faith that sees what God sees and speaks what God speaks. Faith is infused with encouragement. When we encourage one another, it's like pouring healing balm on open wounds.
It's easy to see the despair and devastation all around us, but God has other plans for us in participating in the greatest harvest and demonstration of power from Heaven this earth has ever seen. The ingredients contained in prophecy are edification, encouragement, and comfort. Life words are nurturing, causing things to grow and bloom.
Take Heart, God is Full of Surprises
These are days of major displays of His power and authority. God is not distant, uninvolved, or casual about the circumstances our world is facing. In fact, He is reprogramming us to see Him as He is...THE ANSWER... Our best, very, very best days are ahead. He has infused us with Light so we can shine in dark days. (Photo via Pixabay)

Isaiah 60:1-5 Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and His glory appears over you. Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn.
Lift up your eyes and look about you: All assemble and come to you; your sons come from afar, and your daughters are carried on the hip. Then you will look and be radiant, your heart will throb and swell with joy; the wealth on the seas will be brought to you, to you the riches of the nations will come.

God is Financing What He Builds – His Plan, His Church, His Harvest by Cindy McGill

Times and Seasons
It's time for change. It has to happen. God is driving. The Lord is building His house where we will not labor in vain to build it. New structures and expressions are being birthed to contain THIS harvest during the greatest outpouring from Heaven. The world has changed and so must the Church. We are not in the 70s anymore. Our world is sinking into deep darkness and we have been called to be the lights that illuminate the way in this hour.
Jesus spent most of His time out and about with people who were not even close to coming to a temple. His whole passion was to heal ALL who were oppressed by the devil. He not only healed their bodies but also their hearts, minds, and spirits. Those who were forgiven much loved much more.
God Gives the Plan
In 2003, I was doing a dream interpretation school on an Indian reservation in Idaho. That night I had a dream with clear instruction on how to compel today's seekers to receive the Lord. In the dream, God spoke to me about a menu board with items on it to "scratch the itch" of the seekers and to create "prophetic healing circles" of no more than three people. The menu board had language on it like "organic spiritual alignment," "original root recovery," "spiritual cleansing and re-definement." (Photo via Pixabay)
In between the small circles, I saw intercessors. God told me to call them "spiritual connectors," as they are the ones to pray during the encounters. When I awoke, I knew it was a new blueprint for reaching this generation who were turned off by church. When I got home, I told my husband about the dream and we set off to our local park to try it out. Literally, within minutes, we were swarmed with young people from the local drum circle, who were desperate for a life change with a God they could relate to, who met them at the point of their need.
The next year, I went with a team to the Burning Man festival in Nevada, where tens of thousands of people gather for a week-long lifestyle of radical self-expression. We gave great room for the Holy Spirit to move, and again we were swarmed with seekers from every walk of life.
Two years later, I branched off with the concepts God had given me in the dream to create another camp and expand a Jesus-presence at this popular festival.
Report From the Desert
For our outreach teams, this was our 11th year in the Black Rock Desert of Nevada at the Burning Man event. Our ministry theme camp, Freedom Lounge, was once again PACKED out with seekers who would never, ever, ever darken the door of a church. These are the creative ones, the spiritual ones, who wander out in the highways and byways. Their mindset and lifestyles are expressed in every form of twisted mindsets based on today's influences, but Jesus doesn't seem to mind that. He ALWAYS, ALWAYS looks on the hearts of men. He sees the ones He made, knows their journey, and is passionate to bring them out of destructive lifestyles into hope and a future. (Photo of Freedom Lounge via Cindy McGill)
A welcome mat is placed at the door of our tent for those whom the Father draws so they can freely "taste and see" for once in their lives that the Lord is GOOD. There is no condemnation, shaming, or judgement allowed, only unconditional love and acceptance. As a result of doing things God's way, our tent remains full for the whole week, as those who feel His love go and get their friends to have the same experience. It's like the woman at the well who went into the village after an encounter with the Jesus who didn't judge her, and told all of her friends to come and meet Him, too.
If We Don't Follow Jesus, Our Efforts Will Fail
God KNOWS where the fish are and the timing. Peter had fished all night using the methods he knew about and caught nothing, but when Jesus showed up, He told Peter where to cast his net, and the catch was so full the net started to break. In order to effectively reach THIS HARVEST, we will have to be teachable, moldable, and let Him instruct us. Being TEACHABLE is huge. God sees the beginning from the end and is well aware of His strategy and plan.
Jesus was really clear on how to fish men. He said, "FOLLOW ME (LISTEN TO ME)...and I'll MAKE you fishers of men." He did not say, "Follow trends, other people, your own thoughts, your old ways, your talking points." Instead, He said to pay attention and He will teach us about His compelling that love draws even the most bruised, hurting, and traumatized heart into a loving transformation with the One who made them, and their lives are forever changed. (Photo via Pixabay)
Every person has their own journey we are not aware of. Their hunger and thirst is, for that one moment, where unconditional love and acceptance is not only felt but embraced, resulting in receiving the One who has never left their side, but they did not know He was there.
Be Wise as Serpents, Harmless as Doves
Have you ever watched a serpent approach its prey? The serpent doesn't announce his presence but lays low, undetected, and waits for the right moment to make its move. We seek God's wisdom for these days and the days ahead. Our thoughts are not God's thoughts and our ways are not His. He is communicating a strong message to us, and we MUST be teachable to His instruction and warnings.
God's got this. He knows what He is doing, how He wants it done, and He is trying to instruct us in something new that we have never done before. This is HIS plan, HIS Church, HIS harvest and we are in a learning curve like never before. It's exciting and stretching for us, but the results are above and beyond what we can think up or ask for.
God is Financing What He Builds
We have been hearing about an outpouring of finances amidst the world's voice of economic collapse. God OWNS it all, and the finances He is releasing is for the work of the ministry, preparation for the days ahead, and for relief of debts in this Jubilee year. God is building HIS Church and the gates of Hell will not prevail against it. When finances are poured out, it is wisdom not to set our hearts on the money, but that we use it for the intended purpose. There are faith-based films emerging filled with hope and promise, new spiritual communities where the Holy Spirit is honored and given free expression and creativity from Heaven that we have never, ever seen before. (Photo via Pixabay)
Our best days are ahead, and God is driving. Let Him tear down old structures that don't work and build new ones according to His blueprint and plan. When we allow the GENERAL Contractor to build according to His vision, people will beat the door down to come to meet Him.

The New Breed of Leaders – Solid and Unwavering by Cindy McGill

The new "fathers and mothers" are arising from the hidden place and are solid in their ability to lead this "revival army". They are unwavering in obedience to God and full of character, integrity and "father hearted" towards the ones they are training.

Gifts are given and fruit is grown. We are not known by our gifts but by the fruit of the Spirit and having love one for another. Giftedness does not in, any way, measure maturity. Ones who have submitted to God's refining fire to burn up the impurities will have the greatest power available to them. When iron is strengthened, the metal is put in the fire over and over again, then beaten to cause all of the weaknesses to surface, so they can be removed and give it strength to stand.(Photo via flickr)
The new leadership of "revival fathers" emerging has this strength. They have been through the fire when nobody knew who they were. They have stood in the days of adversity, accusations and misunderstandings and have turned to God for His guidance in their pain. They have suffered injustices, loss of inheritance and have been falsely accused. Their desire to find God in EVERY circumstance has caused them to understand aspects of God's love and it has transformed them. Refusing bitterness has caused their hearts and minds to be fused together with God on every level, developing a resiliency that is unshakable.

People can confidently submit to these leaders because their spiritual authority is pure and seeks what is best for the ones they are leading. These leaders are not puffed up with pride or use their authority to abuse, but lead from a place of humility and love. They have been under authority, understand authority and confidently lead by example, working side-by-side with the ones they are leading. This "revival army" will be led by the "hidden generals" that are now emerging and God's favor is promoting them to the forefront for such a time as this.
"Oh, You're Just the Cupbearer"
In our journey, we have unknowingly met people who will be used to open doors for our destiny. These people are the most unlikely choice in our minds because we met them in our "prisons". Prison is often the pathway to the palace. It seems to be God's preparation place. The very place where we have been hidden is the very place our "divine" connection will come from. Preparation has been done in us while we were in this confinement of seemingly "dead end" circumstances.
All of the discontentment, squirming, complaining, depression, days of visionless sight have been to prepare us for a greater assignment. We found ourselves shaped by refining tools for our next placement. In prison, all of our skills, knowledge and self-advancement techniques are useless. Doors remain shut until His perfect timing is here.
When we feel like our purpose is over, suddenly the "cupbearer" appears. This one person who seems like just another prisoner, but has been chosen by God to go ahead of us to prepare the way. Suddenly, in a moment of time the right person, says the right thing at the right time and our whole lives are shifted, springing doors open. (Photo via Pixabay)
It's Time for the Palace, Lighten Your Load
The best way to enter into this new position is to get rid of things you have packed around for years in both the natural and the spiritual. It's just "stuff". Most of the things we have accumulated over the years are not even needed. When Joseph was summoned to the palace to stand before Pharaoh, he changed his clothes, shaved, got cleaned up and left old things behind.
The new destination for you is marked with adventure and freedom from past issues. The past should never dictate our future, but the future has need of the lessons learned from our past. Old mindsets and ways of doing life are not needed in this new assignment. It's important to rid ourselves of everything that is not needed for the new job. This new assignment will not require your old stuff. In fact, old stuff can often be a distraction and hinder our advancement. This place requires a fresh start, free from hindrances of the past. The lighter you are, the higher you will go.

Boldness to Embrace Your Destiny

Stepping into new, unknown positions can be a bit scary, but our confidence is in the One who has seen fit to put us there. Places of advancement didn't come overnight. There were many days tried by fire and many tears shed when our character was formed in secret. We can reflect on dark days when we felt like nothing would ever happen and that our lives were nothing more than a distant glance from God. There were days we were certain we had missed something and we were in these dark circumstances because we had done something wrong to cause us to be there. (Photo via Wikimedia)
All of these thoughts still hold places in our minds when the prison doors are finally opened and the time has come to stand in the place of promise. Being brave to embrace the new place will strengthen our legs and help us get our footing in the broad place. Humility is our fuel, grace is our life raft and confidence in God is our strength.
It's important to remember that it is God who is calling the shots and He has gone to great lengths to assure our preparation for the job we are called to do. These are the days of Elijah, declaring the works of the Lord and setting things in motion to advance the Kingdom in ways we have never even dreamed of.
Expect Exceeding, Above and Beyond
God is doing some incredible things in ways we have never seen Him before. He is, after all, the CREATOR. There are secrets and mysteries stored up until now. These are things He has not allowed us to see or experience. Wisdom to govern kingdoms, cities, states and areas of influence are now appearing. There is a repositioning of power.
People who have been in positions but have not aligned with God's plan are being replaced by leaders whom God has their full attention to accomplish His purposes. Politically, Spiritually and Vocationally are areas God is placing His appointed ones. Get ready to see new faces in new places and new victories will be won.
These are exciting times. Our job is to "FEAR NOT". God has this. He is in COMPLETE control. In turning our hearts and minds to Him, we will be kept in perfect peace, which shreds and powders satan under our feet. The best days are ahead. (Photo via Cindy Mcgill)
Following His direction will keep us on pathways that will define our destiny and purpose.
