A prophetic time of the year by Bill Wilson

If you are following prophecy, you have heard a lot of predictions prophesied for this time period during September. Many of them are false, some of them have meaning, but one thing for certain this is a very prophetic time of the year--not for the reasons of man's often extra-biblical, emotional and self-indulgent proclamations, but because of what God has established that points to the Day of the Lord, the return of Jesus Christ, the deliverance of Israel, and the establishment of the Millennial Kingdom (Messiah's 1,000 year reign). These are times of great promise because the fall feasts are those yet to be fulfilled by the coming of the Lord. Literally, we are in the Days of Awe.

Elul is the last month of the Jewish calendar, which this year began at sundown August 14th. This traditionally marks the 40 day "Season of Teshuvah (repentance)," culminating on Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement (29 days of Elul, and 10 days of the next month called Tishri). Elul is set aside to prepare for Yamim Nora'im, called the "Days of Awe"--the ten days between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, which ends on Tishri 10 and are called The High Holidays. This is a time of turning toward God, and is also called Yemei Ratzon or  "Days of Favor."  This time frame is also referred to as the Feast of Trumpets (Rosh Hashana/Yom Teruah), Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur), and Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot). 

Rosh Hashanah, literally meaning "Head of the year," is regarded by traditional Judaism as the date of creation. According to tradition in the Midrash, when Adam first opened his eyes, he recognized the Lord as Creator, and said "the Lord is King forever and ever." Rosh Hashanah begins Sept 13th at sundown this year, and is the first day of the Jewish civil New Year. The blowing of the shofar (trumpet) signifies repentance, awakening the soul, and the coronation of the King (the coming of the Messiah at the end of days). During Rosh Hashanah the righteous are written in the Book of Life, the wicked in the Book of Death, and the rest have ten days--the "Days of Awe" (until Yom Kippur)--to repent before their fate is sealed for the year.

There are references to the last trump throughout the Bible.1 Corinthians 15:51-52 says, "Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed." 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 says, "For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout...with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord." The fall festivals are a foreshadow of what is to come in the end of days. Hence, this is a very prophetic season.

Not hard to see how antichrist can come to power by Bill Wilson

When I was a child, one of the first books of the Bible I read was Revelation. I always had a curiosity about Revelation, what it meant and how it would play out. I kept thinking that it would be nearly impossible for an antichrist to come to power because people would know what to look for, know what to expect if they read Revelation. I know now as an adult that the prophets of the Old Testament along with Revelation and other books of the Bible also speak clearly about the beast, or what has become known as the antichrist. There is clear warning. But when we look at today's events and how things are coming together, I am beginning to see how the beast can rise to power by looking at America's example.

The election of a "president" without proof of being a natural born citizen; the subsequent change in direction toward the enemies of God becoming the allies of America; the opening of our borders to anyone and and any persuasion resulting in domestic crime, domestic terrorism and a re-colonization of our country; the move to redefine marriage; the selective enforcement of law; the demonization of moral and righteous people--all things known widely before his reelection. This person rises from obscurity to becoming the most important man in the world in such a short period of time, and his actions are accepted as if they were normal. There is no better example than the current Iranian nuclear deal.

The "president" has pushed this nuclear deal with Iran hard. He has gotten members of his party, some of them Jewish, to agree with him. It is reported from sources close to the deal, that America may be required to defend Iran in the event that Israel attacks it. It is a given that Iran can deploy a nuclear bomb after the agreement expires in ten years. These facts should be enough to turn every American, every Jew, every Israeli, every peace-loving citizen of the world to the streets demanding a "no deal." Yet, apart from some opposition, the world seems mesmerized to support it. Americans should have more sense--every day there are legitimate, confirmed reports that Iran is vowing to destroy the US and Israel.

The Free Beacon reports that US naval forces are routinely approached by Iranian warships and aircraft in the Strait of Hormuz. Free Beacon's Adam Kredo observes: "These encounters are underscored by violent and threatening rhetoric from senior Iranian officials, who have maintained in recent weeks that despite the recently signed nuclear accord, Iran will not end its support for terrorist proxy groups." Yet the American Congress and "president" persist in pursuing the Iranian agreement. This is a type and shadow of how people can be deceived, which is the first warning of Christ to his disciples regarding the end times in Matthew 24:4, "Take heed that no man deceive you."

Finding hope by Bill Wilson

When the new congress was elected, there was high hope of setting things right. Republicans like Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell and Ohio Representative John Boehner promised they would repeal socialist healthcare, secure our borders, and protect traditional values. In reality, they have been utter failures in the first two years of the new Congress. Both keep paying lip service to the public by saying the right things, but they are ineffectual. The trouble is, replacing them with Democrats is akin to going back to the vomit. We keep seeking someone among them who will stand in the gap for the land that it not be destroyed, but we find none. We must realize that our hope is not in man, but in Christ.

If ever there were a case that the words of John Jay should be etched on the doorstep of every home, the behavior of Congress and the White House this past year would prove it. Jay, the first Justice of the US Supreme Court, wrote in a letter addressed to Pennsylvania House of Representatives member John Murray, dated October 12, 1816, "Providence has given to our people the choice of their rulers, and it is the duty, as well as the privilege and interest, of our Christian nation to select and prefer Christians for their rulers." Many a pastor has preached from the pulpit that Christians should not be involved in politics, and this current gaggle of evildoers in public office are the wages of this errant teaching.

There are many who look within the world system and decry that it is impossible to turn things around for the better. Indeed, looking through the eyes of what we know as human beings--the immediate past and present Administrations have driven Americans into unprecedented debt; Constitutional rights have been trampled as if they were never written; enemies have been allowed unchecked entry into our nation for the purpose of colonization; secret societies and special interest groups have overcome our nation like thorns on an abandoned farm. But these adversities are no less than those faced by a handful of Pilgrims, or a small group of minutemen, or the brave souls at Normandy. 

The Apostle Paul wrote in Romans 8:31, "What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?" Yes we have drifted as a nation from our Lord, but let us remember the promise in 2 Chronicles 7:14, "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." God sent His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life. Psalm 103:2 says, "Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits." It all starts with Jesus. May your relationship with Him give you peace, comfort and strength.

A prophetic people can prevail by Bill Wilson

I spent this past weekend in the place of my roots, Northeastern Ohio. From Thursday through Sunday night, there were Fourth of July celebrations. Young kids dressed in red, white and blue, stars and stripes swimming trunks, teens wearing USA baseball caps, young men and women in patriotic clothing, and of course us older folks with our own brand of patriotism. There is something good about patriotism, about nationalism for America. Throughout the weekend, in most every conversation with folks young and old alike, there were conversations about God, Country and Family. I say this because there is so much bad news about America, but there really is so much good about it within the grass roots.

My son, my wife, one of his friends from college, and I sat around a fire talking about the nation and how it has strayed from God. We talked about Jesus Christ and the necessity of having Him at the center of our lives. We talked about how the Church has given up so much ground to the government and is not effective in teaching the Word of God or holding people accountable to what is right; how it has become a country club in many cases looking inward with self-indulgence and extra-biblical teachings. We talked about consequences of bad leadership and how that contrasts with the judgment of God. We discussed the deep challenges faced by the current generation--not from the perspective of fear, but of hope.

If a boat ride around Portage Lakes is any indicator, there were many other conversations taking place about the condition of our country and its citizens. America is still alive, it's not on life support. There is still a spirit of '76, that revolutionary spirit that defined freedom and equality, fomented worldwide evangelism, and established a beacon of hope for those oppressed around the world. Hope. That's part of what it is about. We have to have hope that we can turn all this around. And we have to act. Hebrews 11:1 says, "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." If we have hope, the substance of that is faith. It starts with each of us individually. We have to have faith. 

There us much written about the coming persecution and the failing of America. While things look bleak, we need to focus on the good within us and around us. We need to start today. If 12 men did what was claimed in Acts 17:6, what can we do? With our faith, the substance of our hope, can we too, turn the world upside down? Yes we can. Believe the good report. Be as Christ said in his Sermon on the Mount "You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid.Neither do men light a lamp, and put it under a bushel, but on a lamp stand; and it gives light unto all that are in the house.Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven."

Prophetic warnings in dark times by Bill Wilson

1 Peter 5:14-17 says, "If you be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are you; for the spirit of glory and of God rests upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified. But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men's matters.Yet if any man suffers as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf. For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begins with us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?" As the culture war in America rages, recent events should serve as a prophetic warning to the "house of God" and the need for strategic change.

Could it be that the legalization of abortion in 1973 was a prophetic warning that the "house of God" needed to get right with the Lord and do his will? Was the redefinition of the most basic institution of society yet another dire prophetic message to the "house of God"? There are consequences to Pastors being concerned about money with their 501C3s; extra-biblical, emotional and self-indulgent teachings; giving over the pulpit to those not believing that the Bible is the inerrant and infallible word of God; the winking at sin; the lack of accountability; religious pride; and the list goes on. We cannot expect society to change if we, ourselves, are amiss. Is it no wonder that judgment begins in the "house of God"?

Judges 21:25 says, "In those days there was no king in Israel: every man did that which was right in his own eyes." The word of God is often watered down or shelved completely for other types of teaching. Jesus, in many places, is not even King in his own house. Romans 10:14 says, "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." It goes on to ask how shall they call on him if they haven't believed, how can they believe if they haven't heard, how shall they hear without a preacher? If the word is not being preached in truth and spirit (which is also accountability), should we be surprised that God becomes evil spoken of? Should we be surprised that our society is in such fallen condition?

I have observed Christian reactions to the Supreme Court marriage decision. Often, we have behaved no differently than the world with shrill anger, judgmental proclamations, or in some cases, a blasphemed embracing of the sin with the sinner. We seem to be fighting the culture war on the terms of the evildoer. We are getting wrapped around the world's way. What did Jesus tell us to do? Spread the good news, the gospel, to the world and make disciples. If disciples are made, the light of God shines and the condition of the nation, the world, improves. We need to repent. 

We need to study the gospels and see how Jesus handled fallen culture. We need to engage with love in Spirit and Truth. We need to hold one another accountable. Jesus had little patience with the Pharisees. If pastors are not aligned with the Word, end your association. Fight the good fight politically by standing firm, but let us not do it in a way that represents Christ wrongly. This is a time where we need to show Christ to the world through the way we live and how we treat others, wise as serpents and gentle as doves. We need to change our strategy by getting back to how Christ changed the world. He is our example. He is the way, the truth and the life. He established the standard. We should follow God not man.

Joel C. Rosenberg - WHAT ARE THE IMPLICATIONS OF THE SUPREME COURT DECISION ON MARRIAGE?

 FOUR KEY THINGS TO CONSIDER.



(Washington, D.C., June 29, 2015) -- What are the implications of the Supreme Court’s 5-4 decision on Friday to make same-sex marriage a Constitutionally-protected civil right? Is the Court’s decision to change the definition of marriage really such a big deal, or are Christians hyperventilating over the issue for nothing?

Unfortunately, yes, this is a very big deal, and it puts America on a perilous path. Unless we change course soon, this could accelerate the nation’s judgment and implosion.

Over the weekend, I posted a new column on the blog explaining four key things Christians ought consider at this critical time. Let me list them here. You can read a more detailed analysis of each point on the blog.

1.) First, the Supreme Court is overreaching its Constitutional authority, and is thus undermining its own legitimacy and pouring gasoline on a highly-politicized issue that will deeply divide Americans for years to come. If the Constitution even mentioned the word “marriage,” the Court might theoretically have the right to address the subject. But the word is never mentioned in the text. Thus, the Framers of the Constitution never intended the federal government to define or regulate marriage. The 10th Amendment plainly states that “the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” So the issue must be left to the people and the States....

2.) Second, the Court’s ruling forces 320 million Americans to embrace overnight a radical reengineering of the entire social compact of marriage that even some of the nation’s most liberal political leaders strongly opposed just a few years ago. For more than 5,000 years, Judeo-Christian civilization has been built on the definition of marriage as one man and one woman in a sacred compact before God, creating a family that can bear children and raise them with the loving care of a father and a mother. Now, five unelected Justices of the Court are undermining the fundamental building block of healthy, stable Western civilization with no idea what the down-stream implications and ramifications will be.

Until recently, even some of America’s most liberal political leaders were opposed to this radical social experiment. “I believe marriage is between a man and a woman. I am not in favor of gay marriage,” then-Senator Barack Obama said on MTV during the 2008 presidential campaign. “Marriage has historic, religious and moral content that goes back to the beginning of time, and I think a marriage is as a marriage has always been, between a man and a woman,” said Hillary Clinton in 1999....Obviously, both President Obama and Mrs. Clinton have since changed their positions. In doing so, they and the five Supreme Court Justices who back their position are now putting people who still hold the position they once professed to hold in the position of being attacked as “bigots” and “haters” and “civil rights violators.”

3.) Third, the Court’s ruling opens the door for a frontal and massive assault on religious liberty. Christians all over the country who hold to the Biblical definition of marriage are beginning to be taken to court and fined -- some are even in danger of losing their businesses and their homes -- if they do not agree to bake cakes for same-sex weddings, or cater such weddings, or take photographs at such weddings, and so forth. Other Americans are being subjected to government-mandated “sensitivity training” for not helping homosexuals celebrate their lifestyle. Still other Americans are being fired from their jobs for holding and teaching the Biblical principles of marriage....The assaults on religious freedoms that are happening with growing frequency at the local and state level could now explode at the national level....

4.) Fourth and most troubling, the Court has acted in direct and brazen defiance of the Word of God -- and as painful as it is for me to say it, this will likely accelerate us towards judgment if America does not soon change course.

God, not government, created marriage. Indeed, God defined marriage in the very first book of the Bible (Genesis 2:23-24) as a sacred union between one man and one woman. In the New Testament, the Lord Jesus Christ reaffirmed this Biblical definition of marriage. Jesus said, “‘Have you not read that He who created them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, “For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh”? So they are no longer two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate.'” (Matthew 19:4-6)

Nevertheless, five unelected Justices have willfully moved to redefine what the Lord God Almighty Himself ordained. At the same time, nearly 60% of Americans tell pollsters that they support the legalization of same-sex marriage, up from about 12% in 1988 (and up sharply just in the past few years). Thus, while these five Justices bear much responsibility, they are acting in the will of nearly six-out-of-ten Americans.

Tragically, this is not the first time the Court has gotten a major policy issue wrong, or the first time it has acted in defiance of the Word of God. In 1973, the Court ruled in the Roe v. Wade abortion case that Americans had a Constitutionally-protected right to murder their unborn children. This was a morally unconscionably decision which has led directly to the death of more than 57 million children as well as terrible emotional and spiritual pain and suffering for millions of women. The Court’s decision to undermine Biblical marriage and attack religious liberty will also lead to great sadness and suffering, not freedom and joy as its supporters contend.

The members of the Supreme Court have forgotten they are not truly the highest or “supreme” court in the land. There is a higher authority, and there is a grave cost to defying the Supreme Judge of the universe.

In Romans 1:18-32, the Apostle Paul warns societies that turn away from God and His Word. Three times in this passage, the Apostle warns that God will allow societies that rebellious against Him to slide deep into heterosexual and homosexual sin, along with many other sinful practices. Indeed, God vows to turn such societies over to debauchery if they will not repent, and He warns that such societies will, in time, face judgment and the “wrath of God.”

These are some of the reasons I wrote the non-fiction book, IMPLOSION, in 2012, because I’m deeply concerned that we are on a fast-track towards judgment unless we repent and radically change course. And as I wrote in the book, it is the responsibility of those who love God and follow the Bible to lovingly and clearly explain to individuals, societies and entire nations what God says in the Bible, what He offers mankind, and what He requires of us, and the grave consequences of refusing to listen to or obey the Lord and His Word. It is not our job to force people to obey Christ, or to be unkind or angry towards those who deny Him. Rather, it is our job to “hold fast the faithful Word,” even to a society that won’t listen.

How then should Christians respond to the latest developments?

The Court’s latest decision must not lead Christians to anger or hatred or violence. Rather:

1.Let us be moved to brokenness before God, to deep repentance and to ceaseless prayer — many Americans don’t take God and His Word seriously because they don’t see Christians taking God and His Word seriously; for this and much else we need to repent and ask God to show mercy us and forgive us.

2.Let us plead with our Father in heaven to pour out His Holy Spirit and grant us a massive spiritual revival within the Church that will draw us back to a close walk with Christ and faithful obedience to the Word of God.

3.Let us keep become far more faithful to teach and preach the Word of God, the “whole counsel of God,” and clearly and lovingly explain to all people the Gospel — the Good News of God’s love and forgiveness for all who will turn to Christ — and not be intimidated into silence.

4.Let us plead with the Lord to grant a Great Awakening to America at large -- as we preach (and live) the Gospel, let us pray that God chooses to move so powerfully that millions of lost, unsaved people repent and turn to faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and Redeemer of their lives, marriages and families.

5.Let us always be gracious and kind to those who disagree with us (on the marriage issue and/or other Biblical issues), constantly seeking to obey Christ’s command to “love your neighbor” and to “pray for those who persecute you.”

Dear Suzanne,    I am concerned that I haven't heard any protests to Benjamin Netanyahu's speech congratulating the homosexual community on their Celebration of the Gay Pride festivities in Israel.  I don't read everything on the Net of course ... no time to do that.  Have I missed any Christians anywhere in the world addressing this subject and pointing out God's judgement on Sodom and Gomorrah and the danger Israel is in from God's wrath as a result of the approval of the homosexual life-style??

It's a character issue not a gun issue by Bill Wilson

The nation is in mourning and shock over the murderous rampage of a psychopath at the Emanuel AME church in Charleston, SC., when the "president" wastes no time in using the tragedy to forward his Marxist agenda on gun control. In a statement from the White House, the "president" briefly expressed his condolences and then launched into a lecture about how we as a nation must disarm. He said, "Communities like this have had to endure tragedies like this too many times.  We don't have all the facts, but we do know that, once again, innocent people were killed in part because someone who wanted to inflict harm had no trouble getting their hands on a gun." 

He went on to say, "At some point, we as a country will have to reckon with the fact that this type of mass violence does not happen in other advanced countries.  It doesn't happen in other places with this kind of frequency.  And it is in our power to do something about it.  I say that recognizing the politics in this town foreclose a lot of those avenues right now.  But it would be wrong for us not to acknowledge it.  And at some point it's going to be important for the American people to come to grips with it, and for us to be able to shift how we think about the issue of gun violence collectively." Let me state the obvious, guns can't do a thing without someone pulling the trigger. This is a character issue, not a gun issue. 

The "president," however, is misleading Americans. The Department of Justice and FBI report that gun ownership has increased, and at the same time, violent crime has decreased. A 2011 Gallup poll analysis concludes: "At 47%, reported gun ownership is the highest it has been in nearly two decades--a finding that may be related to Americans' dampened support for gun-control laws." The FBI reports that violent crime decreased by 17% from 2007 to 2011. The Wall Street Journal reports that since the gun ban was struck down in Washington, DC, murders decreased from 186 in 2008 to 88 in 2012, "the lowest number since the law was enacted in 1976." The "president" also misspoke about other countries.

WSJ documented in December 2012 school massacres and shooting sprees in England, Scotland and Australia, concluding "Within a decade of the handgun ban and the confiscation of handguns from registered owners, crime with handguns had doubled according to British government crime reports." Gun violence is a symptom of a broader character issue. It is no more evident than in the character of leaders such as the "president" who speaks lies while using a tragedy to advance his agenda. Proverbs 6 lists things the Lord hates. Verse 17, "A proud look, a lying tongue," and verse 19, "A false witness that speaks lies, and he that sows discord among brethren." To borrow from the "president," we have endured dishonesty like this too many times. Character counts. Evil is as evil does.

Supreme Court could seal dark fate for US by Bill Wilson

As the Supreme Court nears its decisions on socialist healthcare and same sex marriage, the health of our nation is on the front burner of the American mindset. But there is nothing that contributes to the decline of a healthy nation more than the undermining of marriage. Government, in general, and this "president" in particular, are intrusively involved in the moral decay of America by forcing the general public to subsidize health benefits for homosexuals or the forcing of Americans to pay for abortions and contraception of others. The government is undermining healthy relationships by promoting unhealthy ones in the name of health. The Supreme Court will soon render decisions that could seal a dark fate for America.

Marriage is the social contract that is imperative to a healthy society. Family is society's core strength. When marriage, and subsequently family, are preserved, protected, nourished and encouraged, society will be healthy. The strength of America traditionally has been found in its families. But today, this revered institution is faltering. In March of 2012, Pew Research released poll data reflecting that only 51% of adults 18 years and older are married--a record low for America. The Washington Post reports that "In 1960, for example, when most baby boomers were children, 72 percent of all adults were married. The median age for brides was barely 20, and the grooms were just a couple of years older."

In 1963, Florida Congressman A. S. Herlong, Jr., submitted for the Congressional Record the "Current Communist Goals" excerpted from "The Naked Communist," by Cleon Skousen. Goal 40 was: "Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce." Goals 25 and 26 were: "Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as "normal, natural, healthy."  Goal 27: "Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with "social"religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity, which does not need a "religious crutch."

The Pew study indicated that Americans are choosing to live together rather than marry; The US State Department is using foreign aid to promote homosexuality. The federal government quit defending "The Defense of Marriage Act." Divorce is easier than ever. Homosexuality is being promoted in public schools and the military--it is essentially official government policy. The socialists and Marxists in America are succeeding in destroying our society--as planned as early as 1963 by the Communist Party. Ephesians 5:25 instructs: "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it." This is a sovereign spiritual principle for a healthy and happy society. Our decisions matter, make them well.

Unleash the Beast - Pharaoh Obama by Joseph Herrin

There is so much to be discerned in the details of the recent triumph of the horse American Pharoah in the Triple Crown. The message in this event bears such great importance for Christians, that I am going to approach this subject patiently, establishing the various understandings of this sign with much evidence that the reader might be able to test this matter, and prove its message for themselves. I am going to begin by sharing evidence pointing to Barack Hussein Obama as the identity of the American Pharaoh.

As I mentioned in a previous post, there is significance to the fact that the name of the horse contains a misspelling. The word Pharaoh when spelled correctly has the A preceding the O. Yet in the name of this horse, the A and O have been reversed.

In English, the letters A and O are used to approximate the Greek letters Alpha and Omega due to these words beginning with the letters A and O. In the Greek alphabet, Alpha is the first letter and Omega the last. During the time of Christ, Greek was the lingua franca of the Roman Empire. Many of the Jews spoke Greek either as a first or second language. Consequently, the New Testament books were written in Greek, and we find Greek expressions in them, such as that which declares Christ Yahshua to be “the Alpha and Omega.” (In Hebrew it would be expressed as “the Aleph and Tav”).

"I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end."

We see in the context of the verse what is meant by calling Christ the Alpha and Omega. It means that before Him there was no other in creation, and there will be none after Him. He is the firstborn and only begotten Son of God.

The Bible speaks of an antichrist coming in the last days prior to the return of Yahshua.

I John 2:18
Children, it is the last hour; and just as you heard that antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have arisen; from this we know that it is the last hour.

I John 4:3
And this is the spirit of the antichrist, of which you have heard that it is coming, and now it is already in the world.

The word antichrist can mean “against Christ,” as well as “in the place of Christ.” The antichrist is a false anointed one who denies the Father and the Son.

II John 7
For many deceivers have gone out into the world, those who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is the deceiver and the antichrist.

One way to denote one who is an antichrist is to reverse those names and titles which belong to the one true Christ. Reversal is a well known practice among those who worship Satan. Reversal was promoted by Aleister Crowley, a Satanist who encouraged his disciples to think and speak things backwards. Crowley wrote the following as a means by which Satan’s disciples might advance themselves.

First Method. Let the Exempt Adept first train himself to think backwards by external means, as set forth here following.
A. Let him learn to write backwards, with either hand. 
B. Let him learn to walk backwards.
C. Let him constantly watch, if convenient, cinematograph films, and listen to phonograph records, reversed, and let him so accustom himself to these that they appear natural, and appreciable as a whole.
D. Let him practise speaking backwards; thus for "I am He" let him say, "Eh ma I". 
E. Let him learn to read backwards. In this it is difficult to avoid cheating one's self, as an expert reader sees a sentence at a glance. Let his disciple read aloud to him backwards, slowly at first, then more quickly. 
F. Of his own ingenium, let him devise other methods.

It is according to Satanic custom to reverse the order of letters, an act of overturning the things of Yahweh, calling black white, good evil and evil good. This then is the significance of the reversal of the A and O in the spelling of American Pharoah. As Christ is the Alpha and Omega, the antichrist is the Omega and the Alpha. Significantly, Barack Obama has used the letter O as his personal logo.

Taking the meaning of this letter as defined in Scripture, one could understand that Obama is “the last.” The application that comes readily to mind is that he will be “the last” President of the United States. When he ran for President initially, his campaign theme was “Change.” The change he has brought has not been that which the people understood him to be promising. Will we see that the ultimate end of this change is an end of America’s present form of government and the imposition of an imperial ruler after the pattern of Pharaoh? There have been prophetic voices declaring that Obama will be the last President. In a recent post I shared that Mena Lee Grebin is declaring this to be the revelation God has given to her.

Before we consider such things, let us firmly establish that Barack Hussein Obama is who is being signified by this horse named American Pharoah. A very remarkable and affirming testimony is found in the long running, popular comedy program Saturday Night Live. This comedy show frequently features skits where world leaders or famous individuals are mimicked, mocked, or lampooned. In 2010, the 36th season of Saturday Night Live, a comedian who adopted the stage name of Jay Pharoah joined the cast. Wikipedia provides the following information on Jay Pharoah.

Note that Pharoah also misspells his name, just as the name of the horse is misspelled. This is an extraordinary “coincidence.” Note also that Pharoah joined SNL in its 36th season. When you add up all the digits from 1 to 36, their cumulative total is 666.

In March of 2009, Obama made a trip to the Middle East which included a stopover in Egypt. The President was given a tour of numerous historical sites, including the pyramids and the Sphinx.

From the time of Obama’s visit to Egypt, a wide number of sources have commented on the American President’s similar appearance to various Egyptian Pharaohs. Zahi Hawass, pictured with Obama above, the head of Egyptian antiquities, suggested that Obama represented Tutankhamun, popularly referred to as “King Tut.”

Others have suggested that he resembles the Egyptian Pharaoh Akhenaten. Numerous photo mash-ups are available online comparing the two.

In its heyday, Egypt was the greatest nation on earth and the Pharaoh was considered the most powerful ruler on earth. Today, America is the greatest nation on earth. It boasts of being the only superpower among nations, and the President has often been referred to as “the leader of the free world.” The correlations are obvious.

Aside from this, the Egyptians were renowned for their monuments, among them being the numerous obelisks they built to honor their gods and their Pharaohs. Many of these obelisks remain to this day, and are positioned in strategic places. One Egyptian obelisk stands at the center of St. Peter’s Square in the Vatican, giving testimony that the Roman Catholic Church continue the ancient practice of Baal worship. The word obelisk means “shaft of Bel/Baal.” Another Egyptian obelisk referred to as Cleopatra’s Needle has been relocated to the city of London, the financial capital of the world. (Similar obelisks bearing the same name are located in New York City and Paris, also financial capitals.) All of these are authentic Egyptian obelisks that were relocated from Egypt to other nations. The largest obelisk in the world, however, is located in America’s capital, Washington, D.C.. This is not an authentic Egyptian obelisk, but it was modeled to appear as one.

This monument is 555 feet tall, and is reported to extend 110 feet below the surface of the earth. I suspect, however, that the true depth is 111 feet, giving it an overall height of 666 feet. That this Egyptian symbol is dedicated to America’s first President testifies to the fact that America has become the Egypt of the world and her top government official is the American Pharaoh.

(Note also that the horse American Pharoah bore the number 5 during the Belmont Stakes, the final race of the Triple Crown, and the race began precisely at 5:50 Central Standard Time, the time zone in which Chicago, Obama’s hometown, lies. In this we see the 555 testimony which also exists in the great obelisk in Washington, D.C..)

It is of significance that during Barack Obama’s Presidency, the tallest building ever built in America, and the tallest in the western hemisphere, attained its full height of 1,776 feet. One World Trade Center was topped off on 5/10/2013 (May 10th). This date also contains a 555 allusion, for it was the 5th month and the tenth day (10=5+5). 13, of course, was the year, and the Biblical significance of the number 13 is that of rebellion, and defiance against the face of God. This defiance is a characteristic of Pharaoh.

Afterward Moses and Aaron came, and said to Pharaoh, "This is what Yahweh, the God of Israel, says, 'Let my people go, that they may hold a feast to me in the wilderness.'" Pharaoh said, "Who is Yahweh, that I should listen to his voice to let Israel go? I don't know Yahweh, and moreover I will not let Israel go."

Barack Obama wrote a note on a steel beam that was hoisted to be installed near the top of the One World Trade Center (1WTC). He signed his name on the beam in imitation of ancient rulers of Babylon and Egypt who would inscribe their names somewhere in the material of the great buildings constructed during their reign. The spire at the top of the building was constructed of 18 steel sections, each raised separately (6+6+6).

The beam installed near the top of 1WTC bears Obama’s message “We remember. We rebuild. We come back stronger.” Such a statement could be the utterance of Satan as he defies the One who cast him out of heaven and consumed him in fire on the earth. Those who are Satan’s disciples make similar defiant boasts in the face of God.

Continuing the parallels between America in general, and the World Trade Center complex in particular with Egypt, we observe that the two World Trade Center towers destroyed on 9-11, and the new One World Trade Center tower, are aligned in a fashion that mirrors the three great pyramids on the Giza plateau in Egypt.

Additionally, in 2010, during the time the tower was being constructed, during Obama’s first Presidential term, a statue of Anubis, the Egyptian god of the dead, visited Manhattan Island in New York City.

A remarkable poster honoring Obama was produced by an American ad agency called The Loyalty Inc.. It combined both the imagery of Obama as Pharaoh, and Obama as Alpha and Omega, or more appropriately, the Omega and the Alpha. More information on this poster can be found here:

Not only does this poster mimic the Great Pyramid and All-Seeing-Eye on the Great Seal of the United States, but it subtly includes the figure of the A and O. The A is formed by the arms and hands, and the O by the circling of the thumbs and fingers.

Further tying Egypt to Obama’s Presidency, we find on the Great Seal the number 1776 is inscribed at the base of the pyramid in Roman numerals. This is the precise height of the One World Trade Center which was reached in the 5th year of Obama’s Presidency. One World Trade Center is America’s Great Pyramid. It prominently features pyramid shapes on the outer face of the building.

It was a dark day (literally) when the One World Trade Center was topped off, for there was a rare solar eclipse that occurred on that day. This solar eclipse was an omen to the world. The eclipse was what is referred to as an “annular eclipse.” It is where the Moon moves in front of the Sun, but does not completely cover it. This results in what is described as a “ring of fire” at the height of the eclipse.

More on the “ring of fire” and the subject of “crowning” later. Looks kind of like the Obama “O,” doesn’t it?

In the Old Testament, the identity of Yahshua the Christ was still hidden. Therefore, the enemies of Yahweh might be referred to as antigod. Such a description certainly was befitting of Pharaoh. In the time of Moses, the Pharaoh vaunted himself up against the God of heaven and earth. He defied the commandment of Yahweh to let His people go. “Pharaoh said, ‘Who is Yahweh, that I should listen to his voice to let Israel go? I don't know Yahweh, and moreover I will not let Israel go.’” Carried forward to this day, we would describe Pharaoh as having an antichrist spirit, for Jesus Christ/Yahshua the Messiah, is the visible manifestation of God the Father. He is God come in the flesh. It is therefore not surprising to find prophetic signs indicating that Obama is both the American Pharaoh and an antichrist figure. Following is a quick summary of some additional facts which reveal this dual identification of America’s 44th President.

American Pharaoh was sponsored by Monster Energy whose energy drinks are promoted with the slogan “Unleash the Beast!” An energy drink company sponsoring a horse at a premier thoroughbred racing event is an unusual pairing, as noted by Yahoo Finance Senior Columnist Michael Santoli.

“Monster, this extreme brand, it’s very much a youth brand. It’s kind of spur of the moment,” he notes. “Horseracing demographics, it’s a pretty sedate group, it’s an older group.”

Oddities and aberrations often grab my attention. Things that are out of the normal often are used as messages to reveal something that is hidden. Why would Monster Energy Drink broker this deal with the owner of American Pharoah? What is the significance of this association? These questions find answers as we consider the symbolism embedded in the Monster Energy logo.

The stylized letter “M” in the Monster logo is comprised of three repeated elements that bear an undeniable resemblance to the Hebrew letter Vav which carries the numeric value of 6. Thus the three Hebrew characters can be viewed as 666. When one adds to this the slogan of “Unleash the Beast!” adopted by Monster Energy, it is not hard to argue that the 666 connection is intentional. Although the company has downplayed the 666 connection, its deliberate intent is revealed in other corporate decisions, such as their hiring 18 (6+6+6) female models to fill the role of “Monster Girls,” appearing at events where the company has a paid sponsorship.

Monster did not sponsor American Pharoah during the first two races of the Triple Crown. They only sponsored the horse for the third and final race which was held on June 6th, 2015. The date of 6/6/15 bears the value of 6/6/6 when using Pythagorean Reduction, a common form of numerology. In Pythagorean Reduction, multiple digits are reduced to a single digit through addition. Thus the number 15 becomes 1+5 which equals 6.

During the first race of the Triple Crown, the Kentucky Derby, American Pharoah wore the number 18 which is 6+6+6.

During the final race of the Triple Crown the horse bore the Monster logo, a stylized 666 in Hebrew characters, as did the jockey, and the owners.

Barack Obama’s initial Presidential campaign took place in 2008, with the election being held in November of that year. In January 2008, on the 18th day of the month (6+6+6), the movie Cloverfield was released. The poster and advertisements for this movie featured a picture of the Statue of Liberty with its head torn off and three distinct claw marks, similar to the Monster Energy logo, going across the body of the statue. In the background the city of New York is on fire with major damage that has been inflicted on the city by a gigantic beast.

Significantly, this beast arises from the waters, a striking parallel to the manner in which the Bible describes the Pharaoh of Egypt.

"Speak and say, 'Thus says Yahweh God, ‘Behold, I am against you, Pharaoh, king of Egypt, the great monster that lies in the midst of his rivers...’”

In the poster above, the monster, or beast, arises from the Hudson River, just as Pharaoh is said to rise from the Nile River. The movie Cloverfield had a run time of 84 minutes which is 6 times 14, 14 bearing the Biblical meaning of “transition.” Obama campaigned on a slogan of “Change,” which is another word for transition. That a beast has been unleashed and is bringing ruin to America and a loss of liberty, is signified in the symbolism of this movie poster. This destruction is wrought by the Pharaoh of America even as the Egyptian Pharaoh was described as a “great monster” arising from Egypt’s rivers.

Obama’s campaign headquarters in Chicago had the postal zip code 60606. Additionally, on November 5th, the day the election results for the Presidential race were announced to the nation and appeared in newspapers across the country, the Pick 3 Lottery results for the state of Illinois (Obama’s home state) were 6-6-6. There are also 18 letters in the name Barack Hussein Obama.

In his second run for the Presidency, the Obama campaign used the unusual tagline of “Are You In?” The desired response was “I’m In!” Clicking on the response would give one access to the campaign site.

In this age of Tweets and text messaging, the phrase “Are You In” is often shortened to “R U In?” This spells RUIN.

This is the Change indicated by the Cloverfield poster and which Barack Obama is bringing about. We are merely seeing the preliminary stages of what this nation will look like as restraint is removed and the beast nature is unleashed to run rampant. Cities like Ferguson, Missouri, and Baltimore, Maryland are merely the beginning of what is coming to cities all across the nation.

The American Pharaoh does not care about the lives that will be lost, the property damaged, the peace that is destroyed, or the liberty that will be forsaken. Those who are servants of Satan “come only to kill, steal, and destroy.” A lack of compassion for the suffering of humanity is a characteristic of the Pharaoh in the Bible.

Now there arose a new king over Egypt, who didn't know Joseph. He said to his people, "Behold, the people of the children of Israel are more and mightier than we. Come, let us deal shrewdly with them, lest they multiply, and it happen that when any war breaks out, they also join themselves to our enemies, and fight against us, and escape out of the land." Therefore they set taskmasters over them to afflict them with their burdens. They built storage cities for Pharaoh: Pithom and Raamses. But the more they afflicted them, the more they multiplied and the more they spread out. They were grieved because of the children of Israel. The Egyptians ruthlessly made the children of Israel serve, and they made their lives bitter with hard service, in mortar and in brick, and in all manner of service in the field, all their service, in which they ruthlessly made them serve. The king of Egypt spoke to the Hebrew midwives, of whom the name of the one was Shiphrah, and the name of the other Puah,
and he said, "When you perform the duty of a midwife to the Hebrew women, and see them on the birth stool; if it is a son, then you shall kill him; but if it is a daughter, then she shall live."

Everywhere we see the Pharaoh as an oppressor of the people. He has only his own welfare, and the welfare of those in his inner circle, in mind. His policies are oppression and cruelty, even to the murder of infants. When the Hebrew midwives did not carry out Pharaoh’s order, Pharaoh ordered his own people to cast the young male Hebrews into the waters of the Nile River.

Pharaoh charged all his people, saying, "You shall cast every son who is born into the river, and every daughter you shall save alive."

In a remarkable parallel, when Barack Obama served in the Illinois State Senate, he voted four times against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act which would have required that any infant that was born alive after a failed abortion be immediately recognized as a human person and be given protection under the law. This would have required basic life saving and life sustaining treatment be given to a baby which survived an abortion. During debate on this bill in the Illinois Senate in 2001, Obama stated the following:

“Number one, whenever we define a previable fetus as a person that is protected by the equal protection clause or the other elements in the Constitution, what we’re really saying is, in fact, that they are persons that are entitled to the kinds of protections that would be provided to a child, a nine-month-old child that was delivered to term. That determination then, essentially, if it was accepted by a court, would forbid abortions to take place. I mean, it would essentially bar abortions, because the equal protection clause does not allow somebody to kill a child, and if this is a child, then this would be an antiabortion statute.”

Obama refused to acknowledge a breathing baby with a beating heart as a child because to do so would have made it a crime to kill the child. This is the cold heart of the American Pharaoh, and it bears a striking similarity to the heart of the Pharaoh who ordered all male babies born to the Hebrews to be cast into the river and drowned.

The preponderance of evidence reveals that Barack Obama is the American Pharaoh. In following posts we will continue to look at what is being signified by the recent Triple Crown victory by the horse named American Pharoah.

Prophetic changing of times and laws in America by Bill Wilson

We--you and me--are in a struggle for our very freedom. No amount of soft-selling, wishful thinking, justifying, or turning a blind eye can hide the fact. As Christian Americans, our freedom is on the line. Just as it was in the days of the American Revolution, even the Civil War, and World War II. In this day in America, the enemy is the antichrist spirit and it manifests itself by those who establish immorality as equality, death cults as religious, and in those who seek common ground thinking they are trying to bring peace and understanding. We are living in an age of great deception where good is spoken of as evil and our freedom is at stake. The question is will we stand and fight for what is just and right to keep it?

I have heard many severe and negative comments about Pamela Geller, president of the American Freedom Defense Initiative, for launching a campaign exposing Islam for its free-speech repression in America. "She didn't need to provoke them," some say. Others say, "It was like yelling 'fire' in a theater" when referring to her organization's "Draw Mohammad" cartoon contest. Yes, she could have chose many ways to expose this submission by America to Sharia law. But, no, it is not like yelling "fire" in a theater--there are laws against that. Free speech does not extend to such an act because it is intended to create panic at risk of injury to others. Geller and company are making a point about our freedom.

You don't have to agree with the way that she is making her point. You might, however, consider why this point is having to be made. Islam is creating havoc around the world. It is responsible for human trafficking--the selling of women and children as sex slaves; sale of illegal drugs; violation of women's rights; the brutal crucifixion, beheading, and murdering of Christian and Jewish men, women, and children throughout the world because they disagree with Islam and will not submit to it. We have seen even in America, Islamists perform honor killings on their own daughters for disobeying family rules. And even now, the US Supreme Court has favored Sharia Law by its ruling on hijabs in the workplace.

Geller dares to violate Sharia Law in a nation where Sharia Law is illegal and unconstitutional, and Islam threatens to behead her. Islam is colonizing the US and demanding Americans submit to its laws and customs. Galatians 5:1 says, "Stand fast therefore in the liberty with which Christ has made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage." Islam is bondage. It is the antichrist system. What we are seeing may be a type and shadow of Daniel 7:25's beast: "And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws." These Islamists, assisted by our leaders, are wearing us out by rewriting history and changing the nature of our laws. You and me are in a struggle for our freedom. We need to take it spiritually and personally.
