"Reflections Upon Reflections" [of
The Father's Heart]
...."You, in Your great compassion,
did not forsake them in the wilderness; The pillar of cloud did not leave them
by day, to guide them on their way, nor the pillar of fire by night, to light
for them the way in which they were to go".... Nehemiah 9:19

THERE ARE MANY WHO CONTINUE TO BE BOUND BY
"SELF-RIGHTEOUSNESS" [SPIRITUAL PRIDE]
Words of Prophecy
* In this hour there will be a great confrontation
between righteousness and self-righteousness in the midst of My people, and this
will produce a great persecution [reproach]
against those of My children who are walking in Love [righteousness] before Me - and, thus, before My
people. In some cases, it will take a "road to Damascus" experience to break the
stronghold [mind-set] of
"self-righteousness" [spiritual pride] in
the hearts of those who, in their hungering and thirsting after the praises and
honour of men, have exalted themselves above Me - leading many astray in the
process. JESUS: * "There will be
many "road to Damascus" experiences as I come TO My Church in this most glorious
hour. ...."Meanwhile Saul, still drawing his breath hard
from threatening and murderous desire against the disciples of the Lord, went to
the high priest And requested of him letters to the synagogues at Damascus
[authorizing him], so that if he found any men or women belonging to the Way [of
life as determined by faith in Jesus Christ], he might bring them bound [with
chains] to Jerusalem. Now as he traveled on, he came near to Damascus, and
suddenly a light from heaven flashed around him, And he fell to the ground. Then
he heard a voice saying to him, Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me
[harassing, troubling, and molesting Me]? And Saul said, Who are You, Lord? And
He said, I am Jesus, Whom you are persecuting. It is dangerous and it will turn
out badly for you to keep kicking against the goad [to offer vain and perilous
resistance]".... Acts 9:1-5 The Amplified Translation There
are many who continue to be bound by "self-righteousness" [spiritual pride], and this has led to much
error and confusion and hard-heartedness [towards both the Father and His Word] in
their midst - and in the midst of those who adhere to their "teachings". Self
"fuels" self and, thus, the maintaining of any form of spiritual pride begets
darkness - a darkness that has led many onto the "broad path" in this most
critical hour [far from the true calling of God
upon their lives]. Saul [Paul]was the pride of the "religious set"
of his day and walked in a spiritual pride second to none [even to the overseeing of the "execution" of
Christians]- and, yet, the Lord delivered him and chose him to
receive a most glorious revelation of the Cross.
Even though
the hour is extremely late, nothing is impossible for ANY child of God who has
fallen into the snare of self-righteousness [including fulfilling the fullness of their
destiny]IF they will simply choose to lay down their lives when the
Lord confronts them on "their" road to Damascus. The hour is late, and it is
certain that the Father's deepest desire is to unfold the "fullness" of His plan
in these days - and, thus, it is clearly the most important time in both the
history of the church and, indeed, mankind! We shall see what we shall see - as
each man's heart will become evident [completely
exposed]very quickly in this most critical hour.
...."So you will again distinguish between the righteous and the wicked, between
one who serves God and one who does not serve Him. For behold, the day is
coming, burning like a furnace; and all the arrogant and every evildoer will be
chaff; and the day that is coming will set them ablaze, says the LORD of hosts,
so that it will leave them neither root nor branch. But for you who fear My
name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings; and you will
go forth and skip about like calves from the stall. You will tread down the
wicked, for they will be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day which I
am preparing," says the LORD of hosts".... Malachi 3:18-4:3
