Nehemiah 9:19 NASB September 13th 2015 ONE SHOULD NOT WAIT UNTIL THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNDER ATTACK BEFORE THEY BEGIN TO SPEAK FORTH A REVELATION OF GOD'S WORD [WILL]   Words of Prophecy   *       One's "true" confession will always line up with the realm in which their heart is truly dwelling [the "world" or the Kingdom]! Many continue to speak out of both sides of their mouth, but in reality [the spiritual realm] I require each one of My children to both confess and proclaim words that line up with My "perfect Will" for every aspect of their lives - both individually and corporately. There is no "method" or "formula" to proper confession [proclamation, declaration] it is always simply a matter of one diligently inclining their heart continually towards My Word [Will], and in the times of fellowship and ministering unto Me, My life and love and faith shall become the superabundance that "motivates" every word that proceeds out of their mouth.         ...."Death and life are in the power of the tongue".... Isaiah 54:17a NASB         ...."For out of the fullness [the overflow, the superabundance] of the heart the mouth speaks".... Matthew 12:34b The Amplified Translation "proclaim" - to declare out loud [lit. to shout or cry out];         It is very important for one to begin to "proclaim" the various Holy Spirit revelations abiding in their heart IMMEDIATELY upon even the slightest inkling in one's thoughts or inner being concerning a situation or circumstance [ESPECIALLY one that clearly runs "cross-grain" to the Word {Will} of God]. It may be as either a thanksgiving to God [upon every remembrance of Him and all that He is doing] or to stomp on the Enemy ANY time he attempts to influence one's thought-life in ANY way - and, thus, their peace is disturbed.           Again, one should not wait until they are completely under attack before they begin to speak forth a revelation of God's Word [Will]! For as one boldly proclaims words [on a continual basis] that correspond [are in perfect alignment]with the "revelations" that the Holy Spirit brings to their remembrance their heart will become firmly "established" [those truths becoming a part of them - through a supernatural fusion] and, from this place of the established heart and mind, they will continually be found rising above EVERY scheme of the Enemy against them.   http://jtlmin.com
