AN ATTACK HAS BEEN RELEASED, RELEASING A SPIRIT OF HEAVINESS AND DESPAIR.. BUT REJOICE FOR GREATER ENCOUNTERS WITH THE GLORY OF GOD ARE BEFORE YOU…

There has been a release of an attack against many of the people of God in the last week. I saw a spirit of heaviness being released from the demonic realm upon many of the people of God to bring them to a standstill.

With this spirit of heaviness I saw it carrying cloaks of ‘despair’ with it to place upon the people of God ESPECIALLY those who are moving into new areas of open doors and influence, new ministry areas and where boundary lines have been extended into greater favour and responsibility. This spirit of heaviness and despair was also targeting pioneers and those with apostolic giftings.

I saw the spirit of heaviness also target prophetic people. Many prophetic people have moved from "sensing" a heaviness in the atmosphere and equipped to pray and push it back as the forerun, to now struggling with lifting this despair off their shoulders. The enemy is putting pressure on the prophets and prophetic voices in this last week to bring about a confusion, a silencing and a sense of "giving up" "there’s no use", because there is a new level of prophetic revelation, insight and a fresh wind of eyes opening to what He is doing being released.

This spirit of heaviness and despair has not just singled out the prophetic voices and those moving through open doors of greater influence, but also those who are still standing faithfully in the contending process.

This spirit of heaviness and despair is attempting to steal your voice, to steal your voice and steal your hope. It is crucial to keep your eyes on Jesus and push through with praise. Do not stand alone in the despair, reach out and ask intercessors around you to cover you and pray for you.

This heavy despair has come out of nowhere and it is leaving a feeling upon many of wanting to "give up" or "hide". Do not give into this. Keep your eyes on Jesus, for you are moving into a new realm, and have stepped into the waters of greater promotion and the enemy is attempting to drown you in despair. The attack has come because you are moving forward and you are being promoted. You are soaring higher. Assert your authority, Assert the victory that is already yours. YOU ARE VICTORIOUS!

Many have been wondering if this despair was coming from within them, but for many I saw this despair being placed upon them like a cloak by the enemy.

"A garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair." – Isaiah 61:3

BUT GOD…

Press through in praise! Literally as you praise LIFT OFF the cloak of despair, SHAKE OFF the shackles of heaviness for as the enemy has attempted to drown you in despair, the Lord is TURNING IT AROUND and through your battle worship you are being led into some DEEP overwhelming (in such a gloriously good way) encounter with the Glory of God.

“Then the cloud covered the tabernacle of meeting, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle” (Exodus 40:34).

I saw encounters coming for the people of God with the Glory of God that will be in such greater measure the people of God will begin to experience the physical weight of God’s glory upon them. Where the enemy placed a cloak of heaviness and despair upon many, as the people of God press through in praise they will be met with encounters with His Glory that will FEEL THE WEIGHT of His Glory upon their shoulders. In these encounters a deeper surrender and burning will take place in the heart of His people setting them even more on FIRE.

It’s time to WAR through this spirit of heaviness and despair because we as the people of God are about to see His Glory like never before. We are positioned to SOAR!
