Word by Pieter Kirstein

It is written in Romans 12:12  Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; constant in prayer;

1. Rejoicing in the living Hope Jesus Christ who is seated as the Ruling authority far above all principalities and powers, rulers of darkness and spiritual wickedness in high places. He is our Victory, our constant Mediator, High Priest, Eldest Brother, God and Personal friend. He will and has the final say in our lives as we are so very desperate before Him. He is faithful to every word, every promise and will come through for all of His waiting, trusting and believing children.

Father this day we declare and proclaim God all of Your promises over the body of Christ and we as a people take hands in the grace and the power of the Holy Spirit and we call forth THE DIVINE INTERVENTIONS AND BREAKTHROUGH OF THE LORD OUR GOD in every area of our lives.

Yes Father indeed we are hard pressed but not crushed, perplexed but not in despair, persecuted not abandoned and sometimes struck down but not destroyed.

As David writes in Psa 34:19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivers him out of them all.

...and Psa 37:17 For the arms of the wicked shall be broken: but the LORD upholds the righteous.
Thank You Jesus that You are our living Hope.

2. Patient in tribulation.
Heavenly Father, our brother and Apostle James wrote in the 1st chapter of his book from verse 2  My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials; 3  Knowing this, that the trying of your faith works patience. 4  But let patience have her perfect work, that you may be perfect and entire, lacking in nothing.

I thank You this day my Father for the fruit of patience, which is a fruit of Your Spirit. It is one of God's divine attributes which He is working into each of His beloved offspring. O God we live in such an impatient quick fix world and society but my prayer this day for all of us is that You would grant us the grace through God's power to endure in our trials until patience has done it's perfect work. After all Father we are called to become like Jesus Your Son. Through the fall, patience is but 1 thing that we have lost but we are thankful this day that You are restoring this fruit and divine attribute to us, the household of God.

Fruit speaks of maturity and we do not want to stay in the seed form of spiritual babies but we want to grow up into the measure of the full stature of Christ according to Ephesians 4:13. Work in us Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit that which is pleasing in Your sight because of our own God, we have no righteousness.

3. Constant in prayer.
Father Your word tells us to be constant in prayer so I petition right now for an impartation of the heart of Jesus our great intercessor. Lord we are fragile broken and needy people before the throne of God until You make us whole and until You turn every weekness into strength. We ask for an impartation of Your holy passion and of Your holy fire to pray as You desire us to pray. Father not in performance but only by the unction, empowerment and guidance of the Holy Spirit.
I pray right now that the fire of God's truth will pierce and penetrate the foundation of our hearts and lives to pray like true kingdom warriors, yes Father until we pray that the foundations of hell do quake and shake. Until Your harvest has come in and until every saint is sanctified, restored and made whole in Jesus mighty name.

WE DECLARE THE POWER OF THE CROSS AND THE BLOOD OF CHRIST AGAINST THE KINGDOM OF DARKNESS.
