I was frustrated to tears yesterday. The carrot juice canning was a total flop. I drank one quart of it and nearly gagged.
Then, my juicer burned out. The cheap ones just aren't built for the kind of abuse I put them through. I think that's why the juice came out so bad. I can't afford $300 to $400 for a juicer.
Til I can figure something else out, I will try the baking soda and molasses protocol.
I'll keep you posted.
