dehydrating tomatoes and zucchini

I just filled the dehydrator with early girl and roma tomatoes and some zucchini that I grew in four containers in front of my apartment.  They are prolific this year!  When they are done drying I will vacuum seal them and add them to the needy pantry.  God is good!!!
