Esaus by Glynda Linkous

My children wait to hear from Me what is coming, and in this I am very pleased. For the wicked in the world regard Me not, and seek not My counsel, which they shall deeply regret in days coming.

My children, I desire you would occupy yourselves with knowing Me more – seek to know Me through My Holy Word. Increase your time in My Word, and in prayer before Me, in worship, and allow Me to fill your spirit to overflowing.

I have granted you the great privilege of walking in My power, of being a vessel of My great glory, but so few of you take advantage of this invitation, preferring the temporary pleasures of your flesh to what I offer.

Do you not know that those who walk in My power are received everywhere and have everything provided to them? Do you not see how blessed your life can be if you do this thing?

Or are you like Esaus – willing to trade a priceless blessing for a bowl of stew?

Do not be foolish, My children! Seek Me. Know Me more than ever before, and see how I will bless you.

Romans 9:13  As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.

Hebrews 12:16-17
16 Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright.
17 For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.

Proverbs 1:24-26
24 Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded;
25 But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof:
26 I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh;

Matthew 6:33  But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

2 Timothy 2:22  Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

1 Corinthians 6:18-20
18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

1 Corinthians 10:13
13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

Luke 8:14  And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection.
